Jill Lawler
Founder | HR & Change Specialist


I’ve spent my career being a leader and working alongside leaders across a wide range of organisations, helping them navigate complexity with calm, practical advice.


For many years, I’ve been known for handling tricky HR matters properly. That experience remains at the core of what I do.


But this next stage of the business reflects something broader, helping leaders build the confidence and capability to handle people well, not just when something goes wrong, but as a steady part of how they lead.

Clients value clarity, discretion and grounded guidance that makes difficult decisions manageable.


Sally Hall
Client Services | Pivot Pathways Lead


Sally plays a dual role within Pivot HR.  She ensures our clients feel supported, connected and well looked after through strong relationship management and practice coordination.


Alongside this, Sally leads Pivot Pathways, our Career & Transition Support initiatives, working with individuals navigating change at different life and career stages. 


Sally also leads our youth coaching and career confidence initiative, supporting students, parents and schools as they navigate the transition from school into their next stage with clarity and confidence.


Drawing on her background in HR and her ongoing study in Positive Psychology, Sally focuses on building self-belief, decision-making confidence and practical next steps during times of uncertainty and change.  


She brings a calm, practical approach to helping people navigate change with confidence.
